Just in time for our post-holiday reset!Since we all likely need a bit of a nutritional recharge, now is the perfect time to discuss this book that has everything to do with Green Smoothies. And nope, you don’t have to be a “dummy” to benefit from this book, not in the slightest. You can be a top expert and still find enormous value in this gem.

Green smoothies have gained a lot of popularity lately, so chances are good that you’ve heard about green juice, green drinks or green smoothies from somewhere. Your friends, your television, your trainer or perhaps you’ve been making them yourself for a long time now. I’ve certainly mentioned them numerous times on this blog and to clients!

There’s a lot of information out there, but the best thing about THIS book is that you get everything you need to know all in one place. It lists in great detail all of the benefits of the ingredients individually, and also what ailments they help to solve.

It provides a huge amount of unique recipes! Some are amazing for satisfying cravings – believe me, a nutritional punch of a green smoothie mixed with flavours you love is going to nip that craving in the butt far faster than eating a baked good – and keep the cravings gone by balancing your body. From Cacao Maca Super Boost to Pineapple Mango Coco-Yum, every taste can be satiated from this list.

What impresses me the most about this compilation of recipes, however, is their categorization. They are first presented as those that are best for morning, afternoon and evening given their effect on the body. Not only that, but it also has a chapter for kids, for those who are having trouble getting nutrition into their little ones.

Chapter 14 focuses on recipes that will help you to get the most out of your workouts, and Chapter 15 focuses on boosting fertility and providing the best nutrition for before and after baby.

The reason why I love Green Smoothies for Dummies is because it covers all of the information you could need to know about this nutritional rocket, and there isn’t a single living individual who couldn’t benefit from its specific breakdown. There is a green smoothie for everybody, for every condition and every taste.
